Hello visitors:

I teach science and technology at Monument Mountain Regional High School in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, where I started my professional career as an industrial arts teacher in 1967 at the former Searles High School. I reside on my small farm (my other job) with my wife Eileen who is self employed as a land trust coordinator for the The Trust For Appalachian Trail Lands. Our three children live across the world ; Indigo in New Zealand, Eric in Boston, and Ben in Spain, Central America, Dominican Republic, America's Southwest??. Liz Roberts and I have enjoyed working together for the past ten years where our combined efforts continue to freshen our approach to our delivery of our curriculum. With the reciept of the Berkshire Hills Technology Grant, we are off on another new venture in our science / technology classes.

Hi!  I am a science teacher at Monument Mountain Regional High School in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, a beautiful community in the scenic Berkshire Hills.  I have been teaching here since 1990 and live in Berkshire County with my husband Bill.  We have two daughters.  I enjoy gardening, hiking, skiing and reading.  Ted Vining and I have both been teaching Science and Technology for 10 years.  For several years we also collaborated on an electric car project.
